Shipping Costs & FAQ
Currently we are only able to ship within the US. Shipping is a flat rate of $6 for all orders. We ship via the USPS. If you have any questions about your order please email email@example.com with your order number.
Once your order is placed you’ll receive an email confirmation. Orders usually ship within 2 business days and are typically in transit between 2-5 business days. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order has shipped via email.
Occasionally during times of higher volume shipping can take a little longer.
Currently we are only able to ship within the US but we are looking into shipping internationally in the future.
If you are not satisfied with your order, we will accept returns of merchandise sold on this store within 30 days of purchase. To receive a refund all returned products must be in resale condition and may not be worn, washed, used, or damaged in anyway. You will receive an exchange or refund for the original price as long as you have the order number for the purchase and are able to return the merchandise along with an RA#.
For all qualified returns, if you return an item for any reason other than damage or defect we will not be able to refund your original shipping fee, only the cost of the item. For this reason please pay close attention to our sizing charts. We will not be able to refund shipping fees for items that do not fit.
Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to request a Return Authorization Number (RA#). Please include your Order Number as well as the item or items that you are returning.
RETURNS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED OR REFUNDED WITHOUT AN RA#.

Shipping costs for returns will be at the customer’s expense as well as the carrier of their choice. Once the merchandise is returned, an exchange or refund will be initiated.
